Show One Receipt Without Handing Over Access To The App
If someone needs to see a receipt on your phone, at a shop, a warranty desk, or with your accountant, you can lock the rest of the app and show them just that one receipt. Nothing else is visible: not your cash flow, not your other receipts, not your accounts. The phone stays locked behind your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID until you unlock it yourself.
Sales Tax, Broken Out for You
If you run a business, your purchases include Sales Tax, and you can usually claim back the Sales Tax paid on eligible business purchases. So it matters how much of each purchase was tax, not just the total. When the app scans a receipt it captures the total, the tax component, and the net amount, giving you a clear record of what you can potentially get back.
Each receipt is linked to its bank transaction, so it shows up on the cash flow table alongside the spending it belongs to. There you can break out the gross, net, and tax components, so the numbers on your table match what is on the receipt.
Receipts Linked to the Transaction Automatically
When you scan or import a receipt, the app links it to the bank transaction it belongs to as it goes. The receipt and the spending stay together, so you are not matching them by hand at the end of the month or when someone asks for proof. Open a transaction and the receipt is already there.
